This item is a carpet section produced by BMK Stoddard of Scotland; the Compagny that made the original carpets for the first class lounge and first class dining-room aboard the passenger liner RMS TITANIC.
-1- This carpet is called « The Louis XVI » pattern and the piece of carpet was used in the making of the James Cameron’s film Titanic, during scenes in the first class lounge.
-2- This carpet is called « The Gold Swoop Scroll » pattern and the piece of carpet was used in the making of the James Cameron’s film Titanic, during scenes in the first class diner room.
