This is one of the syringes with a metal tip, used in saw 2 needle pit scene.Used on shawnee smith or her prosthetic arm.Others had a soft tip they were used inside the pit. Syringe comes with L.O.A by Twisted Pictures. Great piece of movie memorabilia.See photo below of the film.
