Mutant Chronicles, Sword
original movie prop weapon
This is one of the 10 swords that were displayed around the Chronicles book. This is the type of sword used by every character in the movie except Severian (Anna Walton). (She had her own pair of twin swords that look different than these.) The ten swords were passed out to the members of team by Severian. The sword is made of aluminum with a foam cross-guard and resin pommel. Weathered to look old, and they are not sharp.
Here's some screen shots showing the table with the 10 swords displayed, and Severian handing them out. The last shot is Mitch Hunter (Thomas Jane) holding his. These are seen throughout the film.
