This is Sue-Anns Coptic Cross as seen in Supernatural season 1 episode 12 Faith, where she uses this cross to control a reaper, using him to kill those she views as immoral and saving the people she she deems faithful. This is a classic episode of the series and I am happy to add this item to my collection.
