This is a script used by the hair and makeup department in order to ensure continuity in the actor's appearance while shooting this episode. It contains numerous polaroid photos (mainly of Gates McFadden, Dr. Crusher) of the actors in different scenes in the show. This photo, for example indicates that it refers to show #266 ("Sub Rosa", formerly known as "Passions"), scene 54.
