This is an original Story Outline from the Star Trek: The Original Series that I picked up as part of a set several years ago.

It is supposed to be a file copy from the personal, archived files of Gene Roddenberry.

This document is dated June 28, 1969, and is the Story Outline for 'Perchance to Dream' written by J.M. Winston.

This would have been considered as a fourth season episode but, of course, TOS never made it that far.

A story with the same name, sharing some elements, became a 4-part comic book set for Star Trek: The Next Generation and also a novel for Star Trek: The Next Generation.
