This was made by EXTENSIVELY modifying a solid casting of a solid stunt gun. The mods include drilling out, tapping and threading all appropriate holes for screws (as they appear on the hero) Machining a new muzzle, milling out the muzzle ports, Milling out the trigger and replacing it with a movable one. Creating the discs for the side as well as the "pin". The is also a custom fabricated cap on the front of the lower "module". It's painted with a two tone black finish and a gunmetal disc on the side and was left un-weathered.
The badge was cast in resin filled with brass powder. The copy in the center of the badge and the badge number were printed on transparency film and mounted with clear mounting tape. The badge holder was custom made with real leanther and has a belt clip on the back.
