A small scale replica spinner miniature made of metal. I believe it was taken from the same casting used for the movie. It is heavy so this miniature could be used as a paperweight.
Miniature spinners were seen on the roof of the police station and on top of skyscrapers throughout the futuristic Los Angeles depicted in the film.
