Warehouse 13, Spiked Mask Artifact

As Pete is tracking down time-travelling Paracelsus in Warehouse 9, altered-present Paracelsus is intent on shutting down the time travel portal, even (or especially) if it means killing Steve to do so, in fifth season premiere episode Endless Terror. Although its origins and actual effects are fortunately not explored onscreen, this deathmask with glowing red spikes looks convincingly lethal.
