This is a sound reel from Steven Spielberg's first theatrical film "The Sugarland Express" starring Goldie Hawn, 1974. The handwritten markings on the film reel and canisters and the writing on the order form is that of the film's editor Verna Fields. The label says "Baby Scenes."
