This Is one of the Toy Screwdriver pens made by Charactor Options from the UK.
This Is The Rare First issure Sonic With Christopher Eccleston On the box.
The differance between this one and the later issued Sonics is this has a much smoother grip with a more tan color and the UV light is purple even though the emitter is blue.
It is rare to fine one with the original box and I was lucky to find this on Ebay.
