This mask and pair of boots were worn by one of the Dinohattan Waste Workers during the landfill scene in the film. As Mario (Bob Hoskins) and Luigi (John Leguizamo) escape from the landfill, they disguise themselves with one of these masks in order to hijack a dump truck and later infiltrate Koopa Tower.

Aside from the Bullet Bill cartridges, this mask was one of the closest visual references to the video games seen in the film as it was designed to look like the Snifit bad guy characters of the games.
