When another biker at the Titty Twister roadhouse confronts him with a switchblade, Sex Machine (played by Tom Savini) counters with an awe-inspiring twin-cylinder dick gun. 

Machined aluminum construction, with leather and steel codpiece.  Semi-concealed wire cable pulls and pivots the barrel upward into firing position, allowing the freely rotating cylinders to drop into position below via gravity-assisted linkages mechanically accurate to the known hero prop.
