Southland Tales, Set of UPU License Plates

These are plastic license plates used on several of the UPU vehicles in the movie. UPU2 plates were used on the police cars and the UPU4 plate was used on a limousine that drops Jericho (Dwayne Johnson) at a party. I didn't see the UPU3 plates used in the movie (and the plate doesn't look used), but UPU3 is the special ops division like SWAT, etc. They usually have a neat little barcode-like sticker on them as well.
