Here we have a bust of freddy's screen used prosthetics. They were obtained direct from William Forsche (sometimes billed as Bill Foretsch) an sfx and make up artist from the film who also worked on Friday 13th 6 among other films. He painstakingly and carefully removed them post production and mounted them on a lifecast of Robert Englund
