This is a very rare, original Endo facial appliance screen worn by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 3. Very rare to find an original Endo piece, let alone one screen worn on Arnold.
This particular piece is an Endo was worn on Arnes jaw, which you can see in the behind the scenes production photos and screen shots, and is exposed on Arne's face during the end fight scenes with T-X (Kristanna Loken). The Endo piece was applied to Arne's face, and the damaged flesh applied over the top around the edges.
The piece was produced by the legendary Stan Winston Studios. Stan Winston is the renowned special effects make-up and animatronics wizard who brought to life James Cameron’s vision of an eponymous assassin from the future in The Terminator and went on to win two Academy Awards for Best Make-Up and Best Visual Effects for his groundbreaking work in T2: Judgment Day. He again collaborated with Arnold and the team on Terminator 3.
