Screen used Micro Player from the episode "Stasis" used by Sean Patrick Flanery.
Originally the top half would rise at the press of a button and light up blue. The front tray was motion activated. The lights would change from red to green the tray would slide out to reveal a small metal disc.
Although all the electronics are present they no longer work.
