Braveheart, Scottish Axe

A short battle axe used in the Mel Gibson Oscar winning classic Braveheart. This weapon was used by the Scottish army as they take on the English. It has a metal head with a blunt safety edge and wooden shaft. Comes with a letter from Seoras Wallace of the Clan Wallace. Seoras was part of the battle team on the movie, the letter explains his involvement in the film and how he acquired a collection of props and costumes that were, until recently, being exhibited in Scotland
