This is a set of orange shoulder boards, with triangular gold emblem, that is seen in ST:TMP on some members of the Engineering staff aboard the Enterprise while wearing their white uniforms and radialogical suits.
The flip side of the shoulder boards, a couple of screen-caps, and a COA are also pictured.
These are original production made items and likely screen-used.
