Saving Private Ryan, Saving Private Ryan Screen Used Medic Helmet

This is a front seam, swivel bale helmet shell that was repainted with Medic markings by one of the costume departments for the movie Saving Private Ryan. No this wasn't used by Medic Wade, it must have been intended for some background shots as it features a post Vietnam liner with cheap copy of a leather chinstrap, and no chinstrap on the helmet shell. Both the liner and steel shell are marked U.S. ACAD. This exact helmet can be seen worn by the medic that tends to Tom Hanks at the end of the movie.
