Referenecs to Saurian brandy appear throughout the Star Trek universe. In TOS we see bottles of it in many episodes, particularly those where there are formal celebrations. It appears prominently in the episode (51) where Scotty drinks one of the Kelvans under-the-table. And of course it appears in the various episodes where we see evidence of Kirk's drinking problems.
