replica movie prop weapon
This large blaster / ray gun is another of my original designs. Inspired by larger sci-fi ray guns from both movies and TV, the prop drew most of its inspiration from the old TV show Rocky Jones, Space Ranger. The body is a combination of polycarbonate tube and cone shaped clear plastic (front end). The beam emitter is acrylic tubing and the pistol grip assembly is sheet styrene. The blaster is equipped with sound and red laser.
