This style Universal Translator was seen in Metamorphosis. It was made by Spock from shuttlecraft parts. When it operated onscreen, lights on the side would blink randomly, and the device would speak, translating the thoughts of the Companion.
This translator is machined aluminum, a copy of a file for the tip, equipped with six voice-activated lights which respond to sound intensity. Dimensions taken directly from a screen-used original. Made by SD Studios with GMros electronics.
