Male background character, navy blue cotton button-down police style shirt, with police badge patch on left side of the chest, and a chest pocket. Slight fading on left shoulder. This amazing memorabilia comes direct from the Debbie Reynold's archive collection.
The ID number above badge is seen on a couple various actors and cannot exactly screen match but photo to show one screen match. Almost all other characters had a different ID number.
