The item is made from multiple sections of vacuum formed plastic with foam inserts and untested electronic features. The item is powered by two battery sources with unusual, unknown configurations. A pair of lights in the front of the item should blink in sequence when a nearby switch is on. The item measures approx. 9 X 6.5 X 2.75 inches with a crack in the central housing. The front electronic cover is attached but hanging on by wires.
