Road to Perdition, Road to Perdition Screen Used Newspaper

This is a newspaper used in the 2001 Tom Hanks drama Road To Perdition. Papers such as this can be seen in the film as Michael Sullivan, Sr. (Hanks) brings Michael Jr. to a train station lobby where there are scores of people, all of which are reading newspapers. The headline of this Chicago Daily Tribune, dated December 9, 1931, reads “Lyle’s Allies Rake City Hall”. The 20 page production made paper is complete with period-appropriate pictures and ads throughout. The paper, which has been folded in half horizontally, measures 22” x 17” (56cm x 43cm) when unfolded.
