Serenity, River Tam's Laboratory Headpiece

The original laboratory headpiece worn by Summer Glau as River Tam.
The original was broken and missing one of the two pieces that attached higher on the actresses head.
This is an "in-process" shot of the replacement, missing part. One of the four plastic "vanes" was missing from the main tube that attaches to the forehead.
I traced the acrylic original on to a model car windshield to create a replacement.
