This is a male 'Risan' beach wear costumes as seen in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode 'Let He Who is Without Sin…'. It is made of a blue mesh fabric top and blue spandex bottom. It is a one piece outfit that has shorts at the bottom. It has short sleeves with zips at the shoulders.

The 'Deep Space Nine' sewn-in tag seems to read 'Peter Scot'.

Though this sold through It's A Wrap! with another costume this one did not get pictured on the COA thought it is shown in the online auction archive as being a part of the same lot:  http://startrekpropcollector.com/trekauctions/item.pl?i=1919

Please note that the IAW description wrongly spells 'Riza' rather than 'Risa'.
