This is an Alice costume created for the production of the 2010 action sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife. In the beginning of the film, Alice breaks into a base in Japan seeking to kill Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts) but is shot from behind with three bullets exiting out her chest. Then, three Alice clones suddenly appear, continuing the battle. This costume was intended for use by the Alice clone shot though the chest.

It consists of a leotard made of stretchy, spandex material with a strip of thin leather on each side and five button attachments on the front. The second part is a chest-plate, made of hard leather and shaped to the contours of her chest. It has two strips of thin leather attached to the front that wrapped around the actor and tied in the back, with sticky residue from tape that secured the straps. The chest-plate connected to the leotard with buttons which have been removed. There are four bullet holes in the chest and fake blood smeared all over the chest-plate.

This costume is in good condition with some wear due to production use and distressing.

There is no certificate as the boots were bought from a private collector.
