This is the same style of cup used during the production of Star Trek: The Next Generation. For example: In the episode "Lessons" (s6e19), Lt Commander Nella Daren orders, via the replicator, a "Daren herbal tea blend number three, hot." for Captain Picard; this style of cup was used to serve this drink. In the episode "Violations" (s5e12), Deanna Troi orders a replicated "Hot Chocolate" which is served in this style of cup. It was made by Bodum and measures 3" x 5".
