I created these replica ruby slippers using custom made base shoes provided by expert ruby slipper replicator Randy Struthers. The overlays were created using custom red translucent sequins sewn on dark ruby colored satin, and the bows were fabricated using custom red jewels, bugle beads, and vintage rose montees. My sincere thanks to my friend Randy for his guidance and encouragement in making these slippers possible.
