This is the white "Eagle" version of the ILM crew shirt.  Like the yellow Joe Johnston-designed version, these are much more scarce than the men's equivalent.  This particular example was owned by ILM's Kim Knowlton, who appeared twice in RAIDERS - once boarding the seaplane and again at the end of the film going up the steps past Indy and Marion.
