This is the Hero bloody shirt Lyriq Bent wore in his role as officer Rigg in SAW IV. It is the only shirt he wore as he ran through the door of the evil room, killing Detective Matthews. It has the bullet hole where Matthews shot him and the bloody hand print left over from where Morgan grabbed his shirt in the classroom trap earlier in the film.
