The outfit consists of a black button down coat and a silver striped dress shirt. Ramon can be seen wearing this outfit during many of the key scenes during season 3. Ramon and his brother Hector were plotting to unleash a deadly virus in America. Jack Bauer went undercover and eventually foiled their plot !
