From one of the worst science fiction movies ever made, this breathing device allows the Psychlos to survive in Earth's toxic atmosphere. Except where there's radioactivity, which causes their breathing gas to explode. Or something like that. Unexplicably, the same device also allow humans to survive in the Psychlo's atmosphere.
