TNT's The Librarians Propehcy Cube 

This Prophecy cube was used in the fantasy-drama televison series. The Libbrarians focuses on four ordinary people with extraordinary talents who discover that they have been selevcted by The Library to work for an ancient fellowship of knowledge and heroism. The quartet travels the world investigating strange occurrences, battling ancient conspiracies and protecting the innocent from the dangerous, secret world of magic. 

This cube can be seen in season 3 episode 304 titled "And the Self-Fulfilling Prophecy". This Prop item is black with blue illuminating graphics on 6 sides, The cube doesn't light up but when a light source is placed behind it (not included), the graphics illuminate.
