This is a Future Police Motorcycle Side Panel (A) from Back to the Future 2 (1989). These were seen on the police motorcycles outside the Court House when Griff and his gang are arrested.
This has now been beautifully and professionally framed allowing the piece to be removed from the frame and causing it no damage.
