A pair pf composition bookends of Valentino, in costume from this film, modeled after a portrait by Emil Flohri (1869-1938) and used on the cover of MOTION PICTURE magazine. Also, a Bucherer made Saba, fully articulated, jointed steel figre of Valentino, in costume, with elements of two costumes he wore. This company produced, during the 1920s, figures of comic characters, regular folk and rare celebrities, including Charlie Chaplin. The are extremely well made, and can be posed in any position. SON OF THE SHEIK, was Valentino's last film, and it was for it's premiere that he traveled to NYC, that he fell ill and died in August 1926.
