Doctor Who, Production made Miniature Dalek

This Dalek was used in an episode of Blue Peter in the 80's but is said to have been made for an episode of Doctor Who, but the scene hit the cutting room floor.
The head, eye, and arms all move and the lights on top turn on. This stands about 22 inches, including the control rod hidden within the display stand.
