A Pinhead Face Prosthetic worn by Paul Taylor in Hellraiser: Judgment. Loved Paul's performance as Pinhead, and would love to see him play the role in any future films. Made of foam latex and comes with CoA from PSOL and an accompanying letter from the Director of the film, Gary Tunnicliffe.
