Star Trek: Nemesis, Phaser Locker Control Panel

Silkscreened black acrylic panel, auctioned as a standard Enterprise-D 'doorbell', seen outside quarters all over the ship in nearly every episode of TNG, and also used to control visual displays in conference rooms and other locations. However, on review of multiple TNG episodes, it quickly became apparent that this is not what we have here. In particular, none of the regular TNG doorbells have the prominent red control element that this piece features.

In fact, this panel is from Nemesis, used to open the rotating Enterprise-E phaser lockers, from the memorable scene in which the crew go to battle stations, preparing to stop Shinzon and the Scimitar at any cost. Rick Sternbach actually clarified this for me, when I suspected that this piece was not from TNG, and emailed him about it.

As with many Star Trek panels and displays, this one bears the abbreviated names of many series cast and crew. Rick Berman, Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden, Marina Sirtis, LeVar Burton, Brent Spiner, and Michael Dorn are all represented. One abbreviation, however, remains a puzzle to me - Who is 'SS WCT'?
