Peacekeeper Uniform with Sash. Complete costume consists of a custom-made white canvas uniform jacket and matching white canvas pants, both with internal Judianna Makovsky labels. The jacket has black satin stripes along the stand collar and cuffs. The pants have black satin side stripes and black elastic stirrups. A black cross body sash is worn over the uniform jacket. Accessories include a long-sleeve black undershirt, a black web belt , black leather gloves, black knee-high patent leather boots, and a black military beret. These peacekeepers are seen throughout the Capitol, most memorably escorting Seneca to his execution chamber containing only an elegant bowl full of deadly nightlock berries.
