Tales from the Crypt, Original Tales From The Crypt Crew Shirt

I got this crew shirt back in the '90s when I worked on HBO's Tales From The Crypt. I actually worked on the makeup effects crew that built the Crypt Keeper. I worked on several seasons, so I don't remember during which season I got it. I never wore it and just stored it in a plastic container.
As shown in the third photo, this shirt has a black under collar. Also, Voyager, the manufacturer, lined the sleeves with the same black material. The size is L. Although unmarked, the shirt seems like it is 100% cotton.
