Don Pennington Syngenor screen-used head from Scared to Death. (Lone Star, 1981) Screen-used Syngenor creature head built by Don Pennington and seen to terrifying effect in the horror film Scared to Death. Constructed of foam latex it measures an impressive 22 in. tall x 11 in. deep and features a hand-painted and detailed skin and teeth. It exhibits only minor wear; excellent condition. Mounted on a wooden buck inside a plexiglass case with small "Donald Pennington Inc." plaque.
