The Twilight Zone, Original Pastel Artwork From Season One
original set dressing / pieces
From the original 'Twilight Zone', the classic anthology television series created and presented by Rod Serling, which ran for five seasons on CBS from 1959 to 1964, is an original pastel artwork used in season one’s episode 28 ‘A Nice Place to Visit’ which aired in 1960. This was a fan favorite episode where the criminal (Larry Blyden) thought he was in heaven but was actually in hell! Also starring Sebastian Cabot as Mr. Pip, his guide to his new surroundings. Was also used (frame repainted) that same year in ‘Please Don’t Eat the Daisies’ starring Doris Day and David Niven.
The painting possibly depicts Mitzi Gaynor and may have been made for 'Les Girls' (1957).

Loved this painting since first seeing this episode as a kid in the 80s watching with my dad.
If ever goes up for sale and isn\'t and arm and leg i\'d buy this thing and have it hanging on the wall at home.
