This is the bird which was displayed in the final scene of No Country For Old Men. You can see the bird next to Tommy's left arm. This is hand carved original artwork, one of a kind. There is a small chip on the birds beak which has been there for over 30 years. The bird was carved in 1982. Some of the props in the final scene were brought in by the production company, some of the props belonged to the family. This prop belonged to the family, my family. The bird was carved by me, and I grew up in the house where the final scene was filmed near Edgewood NM. a lot of scenes were filmed in NM, including Albuquerque NM, Las Vegas NM.
