After losing his first saber during in a duel with Darth Maul, Obi-wan fashioned himself a new lightsaber that was nearly identical. Only minor changes were made: the pommel cubes are less triangular and do not have holes, the body has more of a chrome finish, and the LED's near the emitter were removed and cast a part of the body in chrome. Only the discerning eye would be able to point out these small differences between the weapons seen in The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. LucasFilm provided Master Replicas with the exact prop used during filming for reference; this allowed their engineers to create all the details and manufacturing work down to the covertech belt clip. Limited Edition 268/2500. Upgraded to an unofficial signature edition with a custom plaque that was signed by Ewan McGregor at a convention.
