This is a vintage white nurse's cap that is nearly identical to the one that was worn by Louise Fletcher during her Academy Award winning performance as ''Nurse Ratched'' in the 1975 motion picture, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST. (Her portrayal of the character was also ranked as the fifth greatest movie villain of the past 100 years on AFI's list of ''100 Heroes and Villains''.)
