This costume is from the 2007 movie "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale." I'm sorry that I don't know what the characters were called; they were black Ninja-like elite warriors that also wore masks. This particular piuece was probably worn by a stunt double. It includes a samurai style haidate (on the legs) with very thin plates sewn between the fabric and a jacket (I don't know what you would call it) with leather ties on the side.
