Star Trek: The Next Generation, Neural Parasite from "Conspiracy"

Neural Parasite from The Next Generation episode "Conspiracy", that I believe this is the one that went in Remmicks mouth only because the legs are broken and the tail was cut off and painted over (to more easily fit in his mouth). Note the underside holes where they could move them around with tiny rods.
